Ingredients

2 cups self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
310g can creamed corn
1 red capsicum, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
5 slices of singles cheese, diced
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions :

1. SIFT dry ingredients into a bowl. Combine liquid ingredients and creamed corn; mix into dry ingredients until smooth.
2. ADD remaining ingredients; mix until just combine. Spoon mixture into 12 lightly greased 3/4 cup muffin pans.
3. BAKE in oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Creamed corn 310克装1罐
红灯笼椒1 个 切方丁
红葱头1 颗 切末
芝士片5片 切方丁
冷冻青豆1/2 杯
芥末酱1 茶匙

步骤

1. 将面粉、苏打粉、姜黄粉过筛至1个大碗中,接着加入盐、牛奶、油、鸡蛋及creamed corn混合均匀直到面糊平滑为止
2. 将剩余材料加入,混合均匀即可,再将面糊用汤匙舀至已稍为涂油的松饼烘盘里,约每个约放3/4满。
3. 用200°C火力烤15至20分钟,或直至熟透且表面呈现金黄色。
