Serves: 4 servings, 1-3/4 cups each


Ingredients
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise dressing
1 pkg. (6 oz.) smoked ham, chopped
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions


1. PREHEAT oven to 220°C. Mix rice, soup, milk, dressing, ham and peas in 2-qt. baking dish; cover with foil.
2. BAKE 20 min.; uncover.
3. SPRINKLE with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until rice is tender and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
