Ingredients 3 eggs 1 tablespoon water Finely chopped vegetables such as capsicum, mushrooms, spinach 1/2 cup grated cheddar Cheese Instructions 1. MIX eggs and water in a bowl. 2. HEAT a little oil in a frying pan, pour in eggs and cook slowly until set underneath, but still moist on top. 3. TOP half the omelette with sliced vegetables and cheese.
